Dirty bandsaw wheels and tires full of sawdust will cause the blade to vibrate.

If your bandsaw does not have a self cleaning brush to keep the tires clean, you can install one yourself by mounting a stiff bristle brush to lightly touch the tire.

Mount the brush by screwing a metal angle to the wooden handle of a handheld brush and to the inside of the wheel cover.
